- Part-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Supervisor/Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team.

Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate transactions Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of food handling and sanitation Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and oversee kitchen management activities Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food management practices Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols Background in hospitality management with a focus on team management and training & development Excellent communication skills with a knack for customer service excellence Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as we deliver memorable dining experiences through passionate leadership!
