GENERAL MANAGER
— Indigo Tea and Coffee | Charlotte NC We are hiring a GM who runs the shop like they built it. Indigo Tea and Coffee is a Black-owned specialty coffee shop in Charlotte NC building toward multiple locations. The GM is the daily operator of the system, the developer of the team, and the person the founder trusts to run the business while she builds what is next. This is a real leadership role with real accountability.What we are looking for:
— 2 or more years managing a team in hospitality, food service, or retail — Operational discipline — checklists, systems, and standards are not optional to you — Financial literacy — you can read a P&L and flag a problem before it becomes a crisis — Natural developer — you make the people around you better without being asked — Calm in a rush and specific in feedback — both required, not one or the other What we are not looking for: — Someone who manages by authority rather than example — Anyone who cannot describe a specific system they built or improved — Someone looking for a GM title without GM accountabilityPay:
$18-$22/hr based on experienceHours:
Full time- 38-42 hrs/week
