Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits Relocation Assisatance Strong and attainable bonus program based H/D/V stipend Ability to work work with a growing and mission focused group Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications 5+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience in high-volume environments Proven ability to oversee FOH and BOH operations while leading large teams and multiple revenue streams Strong background in training, team development, and creating service-focused cultures Experience managing P&L performance, labor, prime cost, and operational systems Ability to build structure through SOPs, training programs, and operational consistency Strong event planning and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate initiatives well in advance Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence and guest engagement Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills Experience in destination-driven hospitality concepts, resorts, country clubs, entertainment dining, or multi-outlet operations Track record of helping scale and evolve growing restaurant or hospitality brands Ability to collaborate closely with ownership and marketing teams on events and guest engagement strategies Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to educate teams on brand standards and guest experience expectations Leadership style focused on accountability, culture, and long-term team development
