Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Train, develop, and mentor staff in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures. Oversee food production processes to maintain consistency and quality across all menu items. Implement budgeting strategies to control costs while maximizing profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in planning and executing banquet events as needed, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including kitchen management and food production techniques. Experience with budgeting and cost control measures in a casual dining environment.
