Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to control costs. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain service standards. Participate in menu planning and food preparation to ensure quality control. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Knowledge of food management practices, kitchen operations, and health regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
