Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerCreate an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxedManage all business aspects of restaurantEnsure health and safety protocols are adhered toResponsible for all staff hires and trainingManage budgets, inventory control, and accounting principles of businessContinuously set and meet goals to ensure guest and staff satisfaction as well as financial success of establishmentDiffuse tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons if neededSustain and optimize profitability, performance and guest satisfactionAvailable to work overtime when requiredOther duties as assigned by Manager Safety and Environmental Responsibilities Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.

Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area.

Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.
