Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who is interested in pursuing a Manager/Bar Manager position. The perfect candidate for this position is a self starter who has experience managing a busy bar, and has excellent communication skills. You will be involved in all aspects of the business operations including but not limited to, providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, scheduling employees, booking event with customers, handling all day-to-day operations and monitoring guests to ensure all safety protocols are being followed. Responsibilities:
Oversee and managing full establishment Hiring/Training all staff Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and provide guidance to staff. Manage and maintain the bar inventory, ensuring supplies are replenished and properly stored. Direct the staff and provide leadership. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and external partners. Maintain the company's brand standards in person and online. Staff Scheduling Booking all events with customers Create a fun and memorable experience Have a thorough knowledge of our bar & menu Greet guests and build rapport by asking questions and initiating conversation
