If you have 5+ years' experience in an executive management role and are looking to make a move to a restaurant group known for their commitment to outstanding cuisine, employee growth, and the guests' experience, please send your resume for review. We are currently hiring for Nikos in Duraham, NC, recently recognized in the 2025 Michelin Guide. In this role, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of front of house operations with accountability for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of guest service is achieved and maintained within GHG's overall brand. Oversee restaurant operations and staff. Provide guidance and coaching towards improvement and consistent delivery of standards. Ensure incoming staff complies with company policy. Maintain safety and food quality standards. Manage all work schedules to provide excellent experiences for guests. Interview, hire, train, supervisor, coach and develop front of house staff. Organize schedules, keep track of employees' hours, record payroll data Organize and conduct pre-shift, and department meetings as needed, communicating relevant information to staff such as guest count, menu changes, and procedure/policy changes. Ensure staff are properly and safely handling food, beverage, and guest information in accordance with state and federal food and liquor policies, health and labor law requirements, and established internal protocols and standards. Manage restaurant orders while staying within budget limitations. Maintain P&L reports- monitor revenue and expense reductions to achieve profitibility via budgeted revenues and expenses. Qualifications Needed At least 5 years of restaurant management experience. HS diploma or equivalent; formal business or industry training and education preferred. Applicable knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Professional appearance and demeanor are a must. Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, aligned with Giorgios Group Hospitality's standards, is required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk during entire shift. Ability to reach, bend, climb steps, and stoop. Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. and place items on low and high shelves.
