  • $100k plus performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and vacation Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance Lead, train, coach, and develop staff Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns Manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet financial goals Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and operational metrics to improve performance Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage operations Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software Food safety certification preferred #IND2
