Childcare & Family Support (approx. 60%) Provide attentive, caring supervision for three children School drop-offs, pick-ups, and activity transportation Homework help, creative engagement, outdoor activities, and screen-free play Prepare wholesome, kid-friendly meals and snacks Evening care and occasional overnight coverage as needed Step in as a steady, reassuring presence when Dr. Lucas is traveling or in back-to-back meetings Household Management (approx. 40%) Maintain a clean, tidy, well-organized home on a daily basis Grocery shopping, meal prep, and cooking family meals Laundry, kitchen upkeep, and general light housekeeping Manage vendors, service appointments, deliveries, and home maintenance coordination Run errands efficiently and handle scheduling and calendar management Assist with last-minute travel logistics and trip preparation for Dr. Lucas Support new household projects and personal assistant tasks as they arise. This role evolves! Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Nanny, House Manager, Family Assistant, or similar role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Comfortable managing a home independently and making sound judgment calls Strong communicator: responsive, clear, and proactive in updates CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire) Ability to pass a thorough background check and provide professional references Discretion and respect for family privacy. Salary Range:
