Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery Solid tenure — no job hoppers Hands-on leadership style Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Focused on standards to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

A superb base salary of $65 to $72K. No very early mornings or very late nights Full benefits offered with employer contribution and 401K match Attainable bonus program in addition to salary Three weeks PTO - you can take a full week of vacation every four months.
