Job Description:

Job Summary Onvo is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations, profitability, and guest satisfaction of our restaurants. This role is crucial for maintaining Onvo's high standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, including sales goals, cost control, and profit margins. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members. Job Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, financial controls, and customer service. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Food Handler's Permit and other relevant certifications as required by local regulations.
