Job Description

Mooresville's most elite independent fine dining restaurant is looking for an experienced chef or kitchen manager to join its culinary team. Qualified candidates must be able to work 50-55 hours a week and be proficient in all areas of a kitchen line. Experience with ordering and managing employees is a plus. We have a very seasoned kitchen with lots of experienced cooks. The job is really making sure they are set up for success and managing food quality coming out of the kitchen on the expo side and occasionally working a station when needed. We are a very high volume steakhouse that strives on quality of food and following recipes to build consistency of product that our guests receive. We want someone that strives on a fast pace environment and cares about what they do and the people they manage. We are an expanding company with a new site set to open in the area in the near future. With this expansion comes opportunities for growth. You must have a willing attitude towards working and executing on the line along with expo. If you are able to relocate they opportunity to become an execute chef is great within the next year.
