Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our bustling food service establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and uphold our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth daily workflows Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to guarantee high-quality service and compliance with health regulations Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems , and Cleaning procedures Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Maintain a clean, organized location and dining area in accordance with safety standards and hospitality best practices Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and supporting ongoing staff training & development initiatives Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Proven supervising experience with strong leadership skills in hospitality management and team management Proficiency with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and implement effective food & labor management strategies Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for guests Strong communication skills for staff training, staff interviewing, and operational coordination Experience with Drive Thru, food services is a plus; familiarity with barista or coffee service is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Restaurant Operations Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences every day.
