Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. In this role, you will drive excellence in food preparation, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and manage daily operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Duties Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize food costs and minimize waste Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Implement and enforce food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices across the kitchen Lead shift management by scheduling staff appropriately, overseeing operations during busy hours, and resolving any issues promptly Collaborate with management on budgeting, food production planning, and overall restaurant management strategies Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in staff training & development and team management Knowledge of inventory control techniques, food safety standards (including HACCP), and food industry best practices Excellent leadership abilities with experience in hospitality management, restaurant management or hotel experience preferred Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for interviewing potential team members and providing ongoing training & development opportunities If you're passionate about the food industry and eager to lead a talented team toward success, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
