The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, with experience in food management and restaurant operations. This role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure food quality meets established standards through regular inspections and tastings. Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary goals without compromising quality. Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management, with a focus on kitchen operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on shift management and operational efficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with coffee preparation is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
