Are you passionate about creating thrilling and memorable experiences that captivate audiences and bring spooky stories to life? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Haunted House Manager to lead our haunted attraction to new heights of excitement and safety. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of haunted house operations, from managing staff and ensuring guest satisfaction to maintaining a safe environment that keeps visitors coming back year after year. If you thrive in fast-paced, creative settings and love orchestrating immersive experiences, this is your chance to shine as the mastermind behind a legendary haunted attraction! Duties Lead the daily operations of the haunted house, ensuring smooth shift management and guest flow. Supervise, hire, and train a team of actors, technicians, security, and support staff, providing leadership, training, and motivation. Oversee guest services, ensuring visitors have an engaging, safe, and memorable experience from start to finish. Manage event setup and breakdown, coordinating with vendors and contractors for props, decorations, and special effects. Handle cash handling responsibilities at ticket booths or merchandise areas with accuracy and integrity. Write detailed reports on daily operations, safety incidents, guest feedback, and staff performance. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Proven management experience in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or event spaces, with a focus on customer service excellence. Supervising experience in hospitality or entertainment settings is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in high-energy environments. Background in events management or hospitality management enhances your ability to coordinate complex operations smoothly. Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents, operational updates, and staff evaluations. Previous experience in restaurant or resort settings demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced customer-focused roles. Familiarity with shift management, cash handling procedures, and guest services ensures seamless day-to-day operations.
