Job Description

Our business is growing and so is our management team. We are looking for upbeat energetic people to help lead our crew while providing excellent food and service to our growing fans in the Triangle area.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 5 year of full service restaurant experience.
  • Must have at least 2 year of FOH or BOH management experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, hiring, training, guest relations, and catering.
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist general manager, kitchen manager and staff as needed with daily tasks to run each shift smoothly
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain proper food and beverage execution in line with brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations .
  • Coordinate training of new employees
  • Oversee ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Collaborate with the general manager to create schedules.
  • Communicate with management team and owners to ensure a positive, cohesive work environment
Skills:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer systems used for restaurant management, such as POS systems, inventory control, scheduling
  • Comfortable learning and using the latest technology and apps related to restaurant management.
Note:
Experience in FOH and bar management a plus. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Monthly bonuses offered based on performance.
