The main duties of this position are focused on leading front of the house staff and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 5 year of full service restaurant experience.
  • Must have at least 1 year of FOH management experience
  • Must have 2+ years of serving or bartending experince
Responsibilities:
  • Work with GM and KM to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, hiring, training, guest relations, and catering.
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist general manager, kitchen manager and staff as needed with daily tasks to run each shift smoothly
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain proper food and beverage execution in line with brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations .
  • Coordinate hiring and training of new FOH employees
  • Oversee ongoing training for existing FOH staff.
  • Collaborate with the general manager to create schedules.
  • Communicate with management team and owners to ensure a positive, cohesive work environment
Skills:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer systems used for restaurant management, such as POS systems, inventory control, scheduling
  • Comfortable learning and using the latest technology and apps related to restaurant management.
