General Manager Responsibilities:

• Build restaurant teams through leadership development and promoting a productive, positive culture.
• People management, including keeping team members motivated, resolving conflicts, and making difficult decisions.
• Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures, holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.
• Understands the profit and loss reporting process and has the financial understanding to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.
• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Uphold Freddy's 3 pillars Quality, Hospitality, and Cleanliness everyday
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Manage food and labor costs

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a restaurant manager required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Experience with scheduling and POS systems
• History of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, product quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
