Bar Manager - Concorde Espresso Bar (Porters Neck Location) Full-Time Salary Manager | Wednesday-Sunday | 3:00 PM - Midnight Concorde Espresso Bar is expanding. After becoming one of Wilmington's most popular and award-winning coffee and cocktail destinations, we are opening our second location in Porters Neck and are searching for a hands-on Bar Manager to help lead the team. This is not a desk job. This is a working manager position for someone who loves hospitality, leads from the front, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be behind the bar, on the floor, coaching staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring every shift delivers an exceptional experience. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and is committed to delivering Unreasonable Hospitality every day.

Schedule Wednesday-Sunday:

3:00 PM - Midnight Off every Monday and Tuesday Weekend and holiday availability is required Responsibilities Lead all evening operations and closing procedures Manage, coach, and develop bartenders, baristas, and service staff Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues in real time Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and labor control Train new team members and uphold company standards Lead by example through active participation in daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and profitable operation Foster a positive, accountable, high-performance culture Qualifications Previous bar management or restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and develop a team Comfortable working in a high-volume environment Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Must be highly responsive to calls, texts, and team communications Ability to communicate promptly with ownership, managers, and staff regarding operational needs Dependable, accountable, and responsive when the business needs support Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for advancement within a growing hospitality group Help open and lead the second location of an established, successful concept Work directly with ownership and play a key role in the growth of the brand Work for a company committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences About Concorde Espresso Bar Concorde Espresso Bar has quickly become one of Wilmington's favorite destinations for specialty coffee, craft cocktails, and genuine hospitality.
