We make healthy, chef-prepared meals accessible nationwide through our e-commerce platform, retail partnerships, and B2B channels. With fulfillment centers in Raleigh (NC), Maryland Heights (MO), and Salt Lake City (UT), we serve tens of thousands of customers pursuing better nutrition without the hassle. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and grow our customer acquisition and retention efforts across our DTC business. You'll lead campaign strategy and execution across paid, email, organic, and emerging channels — and you'll be measured on the metrics that matter: customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention, and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on data, moves quickly, and can both set strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute. What You'll Do Own the DTC marketing calendar and lead acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, email, and SMS Build and optimize lifecycle and retention programs (welcome flows, win-back, loyalty) to grow returning-customer revenue Manage email/SMS marketing in Klaviyo — segmentation, automation flows, and promotional calendars Oversee paid media performance and budget, partnering with agencies or managing channels directly Develop promotional strategy and pricing offers that protect margin while driving volume Lead content and SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic and brand visibility Analyze performance across channels and report on KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, conversion) Collaborate with merchandising and operations on product launches, menu promotions, and new initiatives Test and scale new channels (TikTok Shop, retail media, influencer, affiliate) What You Bring 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong DTC e-commerce background (food, CPG, or subscription preferred) Proven track record managing paid acquisition and email/SMS retention programs at scale Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning a budget and making data-driven decisions Experience balancing growth targets against unit economics and margin Excellent project management and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders A bias toward action and a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly Nice to Have Experience in food, nutrition, or meal-delivery categories Familiarity with retention/loyalty program design SEO and content marketing experience Experience marketing across multiple channels (DTC, retail, B2B, franchise) Why Clean Eatz Kitchen Join a profitable, growing company with a mission to make healthy eating easy High-impact role with real ownership and room to grow Collaborative team that values speed, data, and results Competitive salary, benefits, and performance incentives
