Job Description:

Taco John's in Minot is hiring a driven and career-minded Manager in Training to join our leadership development program. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to build their management skills and grow into a future Operating Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn all aspects of restaurant operations through hands-on training Support daily performance, cleanliness, and service standards Lead and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues professionally Assist with inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting Uphold health, safety, and company compliance standards
