SUMMARY OF POSITION

The General Manager is accountable for all aspects of the site and its operations. They use their drive, determination and self-disciplined approach to achieve results that meet and exceed established volume, revenue, and profitability goals. A Tidal Wave General Manager leads by example and you'll find them on the front line, shoulder-to-shoulder with their team members each day. Leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments is ideal, and many skill sets are highly transferable. What Your Day Will Look Like Lead, coach and develop a small team of 8-14 employees while building a culture centered on teamwork, accountability and fun Thrive in a fast-paced, structured operating environment Deliver an exceptional guest experience through consistent, friendly service Perform limited administrative work and routine equipment checks Attract, recruit, train and develop team members at every position Maintain a clean, organized facility including landscaping and equipment areas What You Will Need 3+ years of customer- and team-facing leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Experience leading teams in retail, service, food & beverage, automotive or similar operational settings Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team, including light equipment interaction and basic troubleshooting Ability to stand, walk and remain active for extended periods while overseeing operations and interacting with guests and team members Ability to frequently stoop, bend, and crouch to inspect vehicles, equipment, or site conditions Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs to the waist, 25 lbs to the chest, and 15 lbs overhead, and safely use a ladder when needed Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines

Quick lube, auto service, or similar environments (e.g., Valvoline, Jiffy Lube)

Other Fast-Paced Operations:

Any customer-facing operation requiring team leadership, safety focus, operational execution, and guest satisfaction

Pay Range:

$80,000-$90,000 per year
