We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience, building a strong team culture, and creating a community atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, and elevate the overall guest experience. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands hospitality at a high level, and is motivated by both operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations Lead, train, and develop staff Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and labor efficiency Drive revenue through promotions, events, and exceptional service standards Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and customer experience Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Monitor financial performance, including labor, cost of goods, and profitability Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in a management role within hospitality (bar/restaurant preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and high-volume events Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Financial awareness and experience managing costs and budgets Self-starter with a high level of accountability and work ethic What We Offer Competitive compensation: hourly base + performance bonuses ($50,000-$60,000 total earnings) Opportunity to lead a well-known and growing brand Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Autonomy to make an impact on operations and culture Restaurant meals and gas expenses budget Flexible schedule If you're a motivated leader who takes ownership, has a high work ethic, and wants to play a key role in business and community, we'd love to hear from you!
