Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, particularly in quick service fast food environments. This role requires a passion for hospitality, culinary expertise, and the ability to effectively manage staff while ensuring high standards of food handling and customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implement effective staff training programs to enhance team skills and service quality. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while managing inventory and supplies. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a quick service fast food restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience with coffee service is a plus but not required. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding dining experiences.
