Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Pizza Pie on the Fly is looking for a motivated, dependable, and strong leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager! We're searching for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while supporting team development and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily store operations Lead and support team members during shifts Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met Help manage scheduling and shift coverage Train and mentor employees Handle customer concerns professionally Support inventory control and store organization Step in as acting manager when needed

Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation is required Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
