Job Description:

Slim Chickens in Minot is hiring a reliable and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to grow into restaurant leadership and contribute to a positive, guest-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operating Partner and management team in overseeing daily restaurant functions Help recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver excellent service Respond to guest feedback and ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and support financial reporting Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
