• run the restaurant in the GM's absence What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager (fast food preferred) A leader who sets the tone , not just follows it Ability to manage high-volume shifts and make real-time decisions Strong communication and team-building skills Availability for evenings and weekends Valid driver's license Compensation & Perks $17
