Job Description

Assists general manager to supervise crew members and team leaders in maintaining a high level of customer service. Opens or closes restaurant, sets up cash drawers, initiates computer run and makes deposits. Receives and stores incoming shipments of food. May do minor repairs and troubleshooting of equipment with guidance. Operates cash register. Execute different procedures to close restaurant nightly, including final deposit, inventory, and other closing paperwork. Assistant Managers help build a positive and motivating environment for all employees committed to delivering superior customer service. Hourly and salary positions available.
