Job Overview We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations, along with Assistant Managers who are passionate about delivering top-notch hospitality. This role is all about inspiring your team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you thrive in a lively environment and have a knack for management and food service, this opportunity is perfect for you! You will have to train in North Platte, Nebraska. General manager needs 300+ hours before we open. Assistants need 180 before we open. We will compensate the drive, we will discuss in interview. The salary posted is for Restaurant Manager, Assistant Managers will be adjusted. Bring your salary requirments to the interview. This job is 40+ for

for Assistants. You will need open scheduluing as well. We will be open from 10am - 9pm. Opening manager will be at work at 7am. Closing takes about 45 minutes. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated team. Manage daily operations ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards. Supervise food preparation, kitchen management, and food production to maintain high-quality standards. Handle inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures. Lead staff training initiatives on food handling, safety procedures, POS systems, and hospitality best practices. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles, preferably with assistant manager experience. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within the food industry. Experience in managing casual dining or quick service & fast food restaurants is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team management, training & development, and operational excellence.
