In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and elevate the dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold food handling and sanitation standards Support management in budgeting efforts, cost control, and maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on staff training & development in hospitality settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Background in food safety standards, food production, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts; previous assistant manager experience preferred Join us to lead a passionate team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
