We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead the operations of a full-service restaurant. In this pivotal role, you will drive exceptional customer experiences, oversee daily restaurant functions, and support the management team in maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure the restaurant's success in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about food service management and team development. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and customer service standards Manage shift schedules, front-of-house teams, and coordinate daily operations to maximize efficiency Support budgeting efforts by monitoring costs related to food production, labor, and supplies Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining high levels of customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is required
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
