General Manager - Extended Hour Bakery

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a fast-paced artisan bakery with a strong reputation for quality, hospitality, and excellence. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives in food production, understands high-volume operations, and knows how to build a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience every single day. We're looking for someone with: Previous restaurant, bakery, café, or food production management experience Proven leadership and team-building skills Experience managing food quality, safety, and inventory Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities The ability to lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment A passion for developing people and creating a positive workplace culture

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a large team Oversee daily bakery operations Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation Manage scheduling, labor, ordering, and inventory Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence If you're an experienced food-service leader looking for your next long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
