As a General Manager , you'll lead all aspects of one of our Hardee's restaurants, creating a positive culture for your team while delivering outstanding service, operational excellence, and financial success. You'll work closely with your District Manager and have the opportunity to make a real impact on your restaurant, your team, and your community. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members. Create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance. Analyze business results and implement action plans to achieve financial goals. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent. Schedule labor effectively to meet business needs while controlling costs. Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture. Conduct coaching sessions and team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, training, and operational updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, security procedures, and all applicable laws. Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant assets. Maintain the restaurant, equipment, and facilities to company standards. Support local store marketing initiatives and community involvement. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Strong financial and business acumen, including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability. Comfortable using computers and restaurant technology. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Why Join Hardee's?
