We partner with established restaurant concepts to identify strong operators who can lead teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations for a high-volume, full-service restaurant concept . This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in team development, operational execution, and financial performance. Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and operational standards. This role oversees both management and hourly teams while ensuring consistent service, strong profitability, and a positive workplace culture. Core Skills & CompetenciesLeadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and develop management and hourly team members Coach and mentor leaders to build a high-performing team environment Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality Restaurant Operations Oversee daily operations for a high-volume, full-service restaurant Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams Resolve guest concerns professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction Financial Management Manage labor, food cost, and operational expenses to meet profitability goals Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and performance metrics Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency Maintain accurate inventory control and cost management Qualifications 3-5 years of restaurant General Manager or senior management experience in a full-service environment Proven ability to lead and develop management teams Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary $5,000 performance-based bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance (where applicable) Paid time off Career growth and advancement opportunities No nights Work Environment Fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment requiring strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
