- Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive the success of the restaurant by maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and hospitality. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments Oversee and participate in food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards in line with safety regulations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Utilize POS system, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Train and develop staff on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to ensure consistent performance Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular inspections and staff training. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee an outstanding dining experience Oversee budgeting activities, including cost control and financial reporting to maximize profitability Requirements Proven experience managing a quick service or fast food restaurant with strong leadership skills in hospitality management Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Hands-on experience with POS systems; proficiency in cash handling and sales reconciliation Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development in a restaurant environment Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety protocols, and food industry regulations. Must be certified as a Person In Charge (PIC) Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Background in fine dining or casual dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through passionate leadership!
