Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency with our brand standards. Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards, presentation expectations, and dietary requirements. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize kitchen profitability. Enforce strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with local health regulations. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery. Train team members on food handling techniques, cooking methods, and customer service skills to foster professional growth. Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining cuisine and catering services. Proven supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams in a high-volume environment. Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and maintain team cohesion. Knowledge of inventory management systems, inventory control procedures, and food safety standards. Experience in banquet operations, dietary department coordination, and shift management. Familiarity with restaurant management practices including food industry regulations, kitchen operations, and hospitality standards.
