Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to lead our guest service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold service standards, and support the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest service aligned with company standards Manage shift operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and customer flow for quick service and fine dining settings Train and develop team members in food handling, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Oversee cash handling procedures, inventory control, and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized dining environment Lead staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to build a skilled team Collaborate with kitchen management on food production, catering, bar service, and special event coordination Requirements Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and food industry best practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Demonstrated ability to lead teams through training & development activities and performance management Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, shift management, and food handling procedures Casual dining or quick service restaurant experience is highly desirable; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus Leadership qualities including effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to management Join us as a Front of House Manager to inspire your team, elevate guest satisfaction, and contribute to our vibrant hospitality culture. Pay:
