Provide the highest-quality customer service to our guests Enthusiastic & comprehensive knowledge of menu items Collaborate, act as a team-player, and provide support as a key role on the management team Maintain a clean and organized work environment Set a positive example and maintain optimism for all staff, employees, and guests

Requirements:

Restaurant management experience required Multi-unit experience (preferred) Steady employment track record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work with a diverse group of dedicated staff Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Physical requirements : ability to stand for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) Availability to work various schedules/shifts (includes nights and weekends)
