Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership :
Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning human resource use to drive "Tropitude".
Financial Management :
Monitoring sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations to maximize profitability.
Team Development :
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new Crew Members and Assistant Managers.
Brand Excellence :
Managing the brand experience, including hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.
Operational Oversight :
Managing labor schedules, inventory par levels, and equipment maintenance.
Community Engagement :
Building cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field.
Certification :
ServSafe Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
Business Acumen :
Strong skills in understanding P&L reports, budgets, and managing cost of goods/labor.
Technical Skills :
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical :
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
