As an integral part of our team, you'll help ensure smooth daily operations, deliver top-notch customer service, and support staff training and development. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and supervising staff to ensure efficient service. Support food preparation and kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control. Handle POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and manage food production needs. Participate in staff training and development initiatives to promote excellent customer service and operational consistency. Help coordinate catering, banquet events, or quick-service offerings to meet guest expectations. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all restaurant areas. Experience Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management is highly desirable. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Background in casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants with exposure to food production and catering. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team atmosphere.
