Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and create a vibrant dining experience that keeps guests coming back. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality standards are consistently met or exceeded Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Supervise kitchen activities, including food production, catering, and banquets, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and control costs while maintaining sufficient stock for smooth service Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry, ideally in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling with a strong understanding of kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing Background in managing staff training, development, and interviewing to build effective teams Knowledge of food safety standards, budgeting, and food service management practices Experience supervising kitchen operations, catering services, or banquet functions is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and handle customer interactions professionally Join us if you're ready to lead with enthusiasm, uphold high standards of hospitality excellence, and grow your career in a vibrant restaurant environment.
