Job Description

Louie's Restaurant in the West End of Portsmouth, New Hampshire is hiring a General Manager. We are a neighborhood restaurant featuring house made pasta, whole animal butchery, charcuterie, extensive wines and well balanced cocktails . We focus on high level execution in a casual setting by serving delicious food without fuss. We are building an eager and talented team and seeking a leader to mentor and broaden the skillset and knowledge of the team; while while at the same time inspiring continued growth and drive. As a restaurant, we value strong communication, mutual respect, dedication to continued growth and appreciation for our guests and purveyors.
