Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve key business goals and performance metrics Lead and support the guest experience, including service, cleanliness, and food quality standards Help train, coach, and develop team members, including supporting hiring and onboarding Communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team Support a positive, team-focused, and respectful restaurant culture Step in as a leader to ensure smooth daily operations
