Job Description

Ocean's 18 Mini Golf & Bar is seeking a strong hospitality leader who can help drive operations, team performance, and guest experience inside a high-volume, fast-paced casino environment. This is a leadership role for someone who is present on the floor, enforces standards, holds staff accountable, and ensures operations run cleanly and consistently. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work alongside the Operations Manager to support daily execution, staff performance, and operational discipline. This role will also support operations at our new Dax & Drafts concept, located adjacent to Ocean's 18.•Schedule Requirements (Important) This is a full-time, exempt leadership position requiring flexibility based on business needs, including: Nights Weekends Holidays This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role, and availability during peak business hours is required.•Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Lead and execute day-to-day operations during assigned shifts Ensure smooth service flow and team coordination Maintain strong leadership presence on the floor Staff Leadership & Accountability Supervise bartenders, hosts, and support staff Hold team members accountable to company standards Address performance issues in real time Guest Experience & Revenue Maintain high hospitality standards Drive guest engagement and upselling Assist in generating and converting group event bookings Support local marketing initiatives,VIP experiences, and group/event sales Help drive revenue through guest engagement, upselling, and operational execution Assist in developing repeat business and casino guest relationships Compliance & Operational Standards Enforce all company policies and regulatory requirements Ensure proper cash handling, POS usage, and operational controls Maintain a structured and disciplined work environment Multi-Location Support Support operations at Ocean's 18 and Dax & Drafts Help maintain consistency across both locations Qualifications 4+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality, bar, nightlife, or entertainment environments Proven ability to independently run high-volume shifts and manage staff without supervision Strong leadership presence and communication skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Preferred :
Experience in casino or regulated environments Multi-unit or high-volume bar experience What We're Looking For A hands-on leader, not an office manager Someone who values structure, accountability, and consistency Calm and composed under pressure Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented Comfortable enforcing standards and leading a team Compensation $70,000•$80,000 annually, based on experience Potential for performance-based incentives
