Bloomfield, NJ Full‑time Daytime, weekends, and some holidays required Soar N Bounce Indoor Playground is seeking a positive, organized, hands‑on leader to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for families with young children. The General Manager plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while leading a team that delivers outstanding customer service and unforgettable birthday parties. Responsibilities Leadership & Daily Operations Oversee all daily operations of the indoor playground, including opening/closing procedures Lead, train, schedule, and support team members to ensure smooth, efficient shifts Maintain a warm, family‑friendly atmosphere that aligns with the Soar N Bounce brand Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met Guest Experience & Customer Service Provide exceptional service to families, caregivers, and birthday guests Handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and quick problem‑solving Support front desk operations, check‑ins, and guest flow during busy hours Ensure the toddler playground and soft‑play areas remain safe, clean, and inviting Party & Event Management Oversee all birthday parties and special events to ensure smooth execution Support party hosts with setup, timing, transitions, and guest satisfaction Step in when needed to assist with serving food, cutting cake, or guiding activities Cleanliness & Facility Standards Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the playground and party rooms Ensure soft‑play equipment is inspected regularly and kept in safe condition Coordinate daily cleaning routines and follow‑up on maintenance needs Administrative & Business Support Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels Complete daily paperwork, deposits, and basic reporting Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience required Experience in family entertainment, childcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced, kid‑focused environment Comfortable enforcing safety rules in a kind, confident manner Must be available for weekends and some holidays Why Join Us?
