Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, financial performance, guest experience, training, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives under pressure, builds high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee complete day-to-day restaurant operations Lead and supervise management staff and shift operations Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability goals Manage restaurant budgets, labor, and overall financial performance Understand and control food, beverage, and operational costs Execute restaurant marketing initiatives and local promotions Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and cash handling standards Process payroll and manage scheduling needs Promptly and professionally resolve guest concerns and feedback Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members Oversee training programs and ensure operational readiness Communicate team member concerns and operational issues appropriately Maintain strong standards in cleanliness, food quality, and service execution Make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience required Previous General Manager experience preferred Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations Self-motivated with the ability to lead under pressure Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts Ability to lift up to 35-70 pounds as needed This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality leader looking to grow with a fast-paced and team-oriented organization!
