The role will involve duties in Operations, Team Leadership and Administration. Operations Responsibilities Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests. Ensuring the upkeep of the physical elements and atmosphere of the venue (lighting, cleanliness, presentation, etc.) Maintain highest standards of safety and sanitation for customers and staff Create/Perform opening and closing tasks Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays Qualifications 2+ years of Restaurant/Bar Management Experience Strong leadership and management skills Must be computer literate, including proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to communication effectively in written and oral form with associates, management, clients and vendors High School diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures Food Protection certification (preferred) Salary Competitive management salaries, based on experience
