In this role, you will oversee daily lounge operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will be vital in delivering a memorable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all lounge activities during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction Lead staff training and development to uphold service excellence and food safety standards Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality control and adherence to recipes and presentation standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all guests Assist with kitchen management tasks including food production, catering coordination, and supervising culinary staff Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, training staff, and managing shifts effectively Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers positively Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and food industry best practices Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management is highly desirable Join us as a Lounge Shift Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
